Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy
• Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business day.
• If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
• All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
• All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
• Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
• Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us ay 845-255-6300.
• Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
• All Canada orders are subject to duty and taxes and are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
• Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or USPS/UPS shipping holidays.
• Green State Services reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

International Orders
For All International Orders, customers will incur actual shipping costs. If you have any questions about shipping options, please contact us.

Holiday and Special Situations
Holidays, weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.

Order Status/Tracking an Order
A shipped confirmation email will be sent via e-mail with the tracking number. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your email or by copying the number and entering in the right system, www.usps.com, www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, etc.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order
Green State Services strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. You have up to 3 business days to contact us about modifying or cancelling a order. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process. We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Returns
No UNAUTHORIZED returns will be accepted.
We will accept returns for refund/exchange if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. Customer pays all return shipping fees. We do not refund shipping. Returns are subject to a 20+% restocking fee. 

***Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all shipping and return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on ALL shipments. Green State Services is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.***

***Not all items are “stock items”.  Some items are made to order and can take up to 4+ weeks to produce.   Once an order has entered the fulfillment process it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.  All sales are final on made to order items.  Item description on website do not state which items are made to order so please contact us prior to purchasing***
